Today was the Birthday of a close friend of mine, she of course invited me to her celebration. Although Eva and I were planning on going, since we assured her that we'd be there for her, Eva decided not to go on the last minute. You see, she's very well-known for her headaches, that A accused her once of using that as a false excuse. I'll have you know that she really does receieve these distressing head aches. Like I've mentioned many times, we all have extrordinary traits. Eva encouraged me to go without her, after all it would be all of our close friends. Sadly, I couldn't go due to the fact that Eva was my only ride. I'm afraid to say that I still don't have my own car. My father didn't even know how to get there, which I told him not to worry. I just wouldn't go.

There wasn't anyone that were answering their mobiles, that's when I came across a very familiar number. The number of The Ex which I haven't talked to after our last dramatic party encounter. Which I'll never forgive A for. Desperate times call for desperate measures. He answered after I asked for him.

"Are you going to go to the party?"

"Yeah, I am. Are you?" He asked, his voice still sounded the same as always; casual.

"Unfortunately not, Eva can't go and she was my only way of getting there." I answered him, there was still a bit of an ackward feeling.

"Oh, that sucks. I'd give you a ride if I could, but I can't."

Well, thanks for letting me know that you can't give me a ride.

"It's alright, just wish her the best of congrats to her for me."

"I will."

"Okay. Bye."

"Bye."

Putting the phone down, I layed on my bed feeling terrible since I promised her I would go. Turns out that promise would be broken. My thoughts went back to my ex, and my last encounter with him at a very climatic festivity. A, took the chance to make me do sexual things to him, while we were playing an old fashion game of, 'Truth or Dare?'. It led to a lap dance, to much more. I have no feelings for him anymore and he has established the same. The worst part of this, is that he's Eva's cousin.

Lucky for me, they don't speak much.
